YANA was founded by a war survivor from the eastern region of Congo who experienced firsthand the pain of conflict and displacement.
From this personal journey of suffering and survival came a vision: to bring hope and healing to others walking through hardship.
What began as a small act of compassion has grown into a mission-driven organization serving vulnerable children and families affected by conflict, disaster, poverty, and displacement.
